Cutting Line Modernization

Thin Plate cutting line modernization, with replacement of all drives and control systems. Strip tension control, modernization of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Decoiler

Retrofit of an existing Skin Pass Mill with an automatic decoiler. Decoiler with magnet belt and automatic operation, new hydraulic control and safety systems.

Plate Stamping Machine

Stamping machine for on-line heavy plate marking of alphanumeric characters and graphics, with high operation speed. Suitable for all hardness classes of plates. Position control and camera based quality check of the markings.

Paint Marking Machine for Heavy Plates

Color marking based on REA color marking technology, with interfaces to the production computer and the basic automation system.

Roller Tables

Roller tables for the transport of metal products and pallets with load capacities of up to 5 t, including lifting/lowering and positioning functions.

Modernization of Roller Levellers

Modernization of the automation system, drive technology, and hydraulic system of plate straightening machines. User-friendly control of the straightening process with cassette management and a parameter library.
